4/22/20261 min read

We hit a major milestone this past Saturday: the KARS Facebook page has officially surged past 100+ followers!
First and foremost, we want to give a massive shout-out to the heart of our club: our KARS members. Your dedication to the hobby is what gives this community its signal.
To our Facebook followers, whether you are a long-time ham or just curious about what we do in the shack, thank you for tuning in and supporting us.
We also want to send a huge "Thank You" to our friends at ICEMARC (Indiana County Emergency Management Agency Radio Club). They have been fantastic supporters of our club, and we truly value their partnership and everything they do for the amateur radio community in Indiana and beyond.
Special Shout-Out: Ham and Cheese YouTube Channel
We also need to give a massive thank you to the Ham and Cheese YouTube channel. They have been absolutely instrumental in helping us reach this goal and getting our name out to a wider audience. If you haven't checked out their content yet, do yourself a favor and head over to their channel. Their support has been a total game-changer for our growth!
It is exciting to see so many people connecting with what we are building here at KARS. While not all of our hams are on social media, it is clear that the interest in our community is reaching far and wide.
Whether you are operating a high-end rig or just learning the ropes, we are glad you are here for the ride. Let’s keep the momentum going!
73's!
